折射率法快测聚羧酸系减水剂含固量

摘    要:国标规定使用重量法检测混凝土外加剂的含固量,但该法耗时长,效率低,不利于生产控制。通过试验提出了折射率法快测聚羧酸系减水剂含固量的方法;拟合了20℃时两种不同类型母液的含固量与折射率的关系式,使用该法对聚羧酸系减水剂生产样进行了检测。数据显示,与重量法结果相比,折射率法测定聚羧酸系减水剂的含固量与国标重量法结果基本一致。

Determination of Solid Content of the Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Rapidly by Measuring Its Refractive Index

Abstract:The solid content of concrete admixtures is dictated to detect by the gravimetric method in the Chinese national standard.However,it was not suitable for production control due to the low efficiency.A determination method was put forward of solid content of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer proposed according to the refractive in-dex test results.The relationship between refractive index and solid content of the two different type compounds of polycarboxylate superplasticizer fitted at 20 ℃ and the production samples detected rely on it.The data show that the results approximate the value measured by the gravimetric method in the Chinese national standard.
