基于QFD -PERT的汽车零部件供应商开发研究

摘    要:分析比较了不同的供应商开发方法,发现常用的供应商开发方法存在评价指标不统一等诸多不足,同时针对单一研究方法的缺陷,提出了运用质量功能展开(QFD)与计划评审技术(PERT)相结合的方法,通过质量功能展开将主机厂对供应商的开发要求转化为组织机构、财会、工厂建设等重点项目并计算权重进行排序,借助计划评审技术对各项目进行预估分析,帮助管理者明确项目重点。使用该方法对SGM-WH公司供应商开发项目进行QFD-PERT分析,结果表明,该方法帮助企业获得了更合理的项目指标重要度排序,应用效果良好。

Abstract:Several supplier development methods were discussed .It was found that there are many defects such as supplier evaluation standard is unnormalized .A method was put forward combining quality function deployment ( QFD) and PERT to make the OEMs supplier development requirements into the organization , accounting , factory building and other five projects , with program evaluation and review technique ( PERT) for each process to coordinate and help project managers clearly focus on the important parts and accelerate project schedules .Through carrying out this method on the Wuhan Branch of Shanghai GM supplier development project , the enterprises have obtained a more reasonable project indicators importance sorting .The application effect is good .
