基于IAHP的生产系统作业疲劳模糊综合评价

摘    要:针对传统作业疲劳评价方法存在的不足,构建了生产系统作业疲劳综合评价指标体系,使用区间层次分析法对各个指标赋予权重,建立作业疲劳模糊综合评价模型,通过算例分析验证了该方法能够有效反映作业的疲劳等级,从而在引发疲劳的影响因素中探寻改善生产系统作业疲劳的策略。

Abstract:To address the defects of traditional fatigue evaluation method , a new operation fatigue comprehensive evaluation index system was established .Interval AHP was used to give each indicator weights .Fuzzy sets theory was introduced to establish the operation fatigue comprehensive evaluation model .In the end, an empirical analysis proved that the model could reflect the fatigue level effectively and accurately .The model provides a general approach for operation fatigue evaluation .Thus strategies can be proposed by exploring the factors causing fatigue to improve the operating situation of the production system .
