水下热动力推进系统液压试验台的信号采集与处理

摘    要:水下热动力推进系统的液压试验台是为了提高航行器的研制效率而设计的。本文介绍了水下热动力推进系统液压试验台的信号采集硬件组成和工作原理,对试验台的典型压力信号进行了测试,用低通滤波方法解决了信号采集中存在的噪声干扰问题,提高了信号处理的可信度。该信号采集与处理系统控制灵活、可靠性高、操作简便。该系统的实用性和可靠性已被试验所验证。

Abstract:In order to improve the development efficiency of underwater vehicles, the hydraulic test - bed of underwater heat engine propeller system was designed. The schematics of data acquisition assembly in the under water thermodynamic propeller system test rig was described. The pressure and flow rate were tested. Signal reliability was improved by using a low - pass filter to silence background noise. The experiment validates the reliability and practicability of the system.
