摘    要:
以CPR1000核电站R55区穹顶为研究对象,基于计算流体力学(CFD)技术,应用P-1辐射模型对穹顶内部温度场进行了3D稳态数值模拟与实验验证。结果表明:6月26日6个时刻,空穹顶内Z=11m处的温度模拟值与实测值吻合良好,最大相对误差为3.23%,平均相对误差为1.05%;9:00穹顶内垂直方向温度分布梯度明显,最大温差达到6℃。P-1辐射模型模拟太阳辐射对核电站穹顶内热环境的影响是可行的。

Abstract:
The P-1 radiation model was applied to solve the temperature profiles inside the dome. The 3D numerical simulation was done based on the CFD technique for the dome in R55-region of CPR1000 nuclear power station, and the measurement was conducted to validate the CFD model. The results showed that the simulation values agreed well with test value about the temperature in the empty dome where Z was 11m in 6 different ages, the max relative error and the average error was 3.23% and 1.05%, respectively. The temperature grades were obvious in vertical direction and the maximum temperature different was 6℃ at 9 o’clock 26th, June. The P-1 radiation model was proved in modeling the effect of solar radiation on the thermal environment inside the dome of the nuclear power station.
