Abstract:
Numerical simulation was performed for the natural convection from one-side limited arrays of vertically separated horizontal cylinders with 5,10,15,20 tubes,Ra number range from 103 to 104,l/d=2,3,4,5,6,and the flow is laminar.The major results are as follows:(1) All the Ra number,quantity of separation distance between cylinders to tube diameter and tube numbers have effect on the natural convection heat transfer.(2) The wall would increase the heat transfer of the first row with varying degrees.
