金属材料超高周疲劳研究进展

摘    要:随着机械装备很多关键零部件设计寿命的提高,超高周疲劳研究已经成为工程材料研究领域一个新的热点问题,近几十年来在世界各地得到广泛开展.文中综述国内外金属材料超高周疲劳研究取得的成果,特别是近十年来在金属材料超高周疲劳试验方法、疲劳行为特征、机理和寿命预测等方面的进展,重点讨论超高周疲劳裂纹萌生和扩展的研究中得到的试验结果和形成的理论模型.指出超高周疲劳研究现有理论和计算模型存在的不足,并提出几个值得进一步研究的问题和有价值的研究方法.

Abstract:With the increase of design fatigue life of many critical mechanical components, research on very high cycle fatigue (VHCF) has become a new topic for engineering materials research and has being carried on all around the world in the past decades. New methods and results of research on VHCF of metals in recent years especially the last decade are summarized such as ultrasonic fatigue testing method, characteristics of VHCF and some life prediction model for VHCF et al. Some testing results of the researches on VHCF crack initiation and growth are discussed as a focus. Some problems of existing theories and models for VHCF are pointed out and some valuable prospective research directions and practical methods are discussed.
