| 摘 要： | 将人重组白细胞介素－8(rhIL-8）动员的雄性小鼠外周血单个核细胞（MNCs）静脉输注给受到8．5Gy照射的同种雌性小鼠，并对存活的受体小鼠进行Y染色体PCR检测。结果表明，经rhIL－8动员的造血干／祖细胞可使受照射小鼠长期重建造血。提示rhIL－8具有快速有效的动员造血细胞的作用。

| Abstract: | The peripheral blood mononucleus cells(MNCs) mobilized by recombinant human interleukin 8 (rhIL 8) were transplanted from male mice to lethally irradiated(8.5 Gy) recipient female mice.The peripheral blood cells of the recipient female mice which were transplanted with MNCs obtained from rhIL 8 treated male donors were determined in using a Y chromosome specific probe(PCR analysis).In addition to their radioprotective capacity,the MNCs mobilized by rhIL 8 showed also long term repopulating ability to the lethally irradiated mice.It was proved that rhIL 8 had rapid and potent effect of mobilizing hematopoietic cells. |
