| Abstract: | To establish and test a method of HPLC for determination of benzol a] pyrene in vegetable oils. Samples were dissolved in hexane, used Cleanert BaP SPE column for purifying, hexane to elute, FLD detector to detect. The linear range for benzoa] pyrene was 0.1 ～ 100μg/kg, r2 = 0.9999, this method average recoveries of B a]P was 96.95% -101.30%, RSD was 0.980% - 1. 643%, and the methodg detect limit was 0.1μg/kg. The method for detected benzo a ] pyrene in vegetable oils was accurate, sensitive and rapid. |
