大学生心理健康教育的困境与出路

近年来,大学生心理问题频发,引发了社会各界对于大学生心理健康教育的关注。大学生心理健康教育是学校教育的重要方面。然而,自实施以来,心理健康教育面临着内涵不清,课程设置不合理,教师专业素质有待提高等诸多困境。本文分析了心理健康教育中存在的问题,并对其完善提出几点思考:心理健康教育课的课程设置应多样化;加强心理咨询的专业化建设;提高教师的心理学素养;寻找恰当的心理咨询方法;建立心理档案等。

The Dilemma and Outlet of Mental Health Education of University Students

In recent years,university students’ psychological problems occur frequently,and made all the social circles pay attention to university students’ mental health education.University students’ psychological health education is an important aspect of school education.However,since it had been taken out,the mental health education faced many difficulties such as the connotation is not clear,improper curriculum,teacher’s professional quality should be further enhanced etc.This paper analyzes the problems of mental health education,and put forward suggestions for its perfect: the mental health educational curriculum should be diversified;strengthen the psychological consultation specialization construction;To improve teachers’ psychological quality,find appropriate counseling method,establish psychological files,etc.
