| 摘 要： | 用反相高效液相色谱法对硝基苯酚异构体进行了分离测定，探讨了流动相对组成对各组分保留行为的影响，并找出了用Ｓｐｈｅｒｅｘ Ｃ１８柱进行色谱分离的最佳条件。

| Abstract: | A high performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of the isomeric nitrophenols is reported in this paper. The effect of mobile phase formation on every individual separation is also discussed. In addition, the optimum conditions are found out for proceeding chromatography by using Spherex C 18 . |
