摘    要:以废聚酯薄膜(PET)为原料制得了不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR),通过产物酸值测定研究了反应温度、催化剂种类对聚酯薄膜降解反应的影响,通过固化性能测试及其浇注体和玻璃钢制品的力学和热性能测试确定了废聚酯薄膜的用量,并将制品的性能与邻苯型196#不饱和聚酯树脂作了比较。结果表明:采用有机锡类和醋酸锌的复合催化剂,反应温度210~225℃,废聚酯薄膜与顺丁烯二酸酐物质的量比1:2.7时UPR产品性能最优,其力学性能、耐热性和耐腐蚀性均优于196#UPR。

Abstract:The unsaturated polyester resins were prepared from the waste polyester film.The effects of reaction temperature and catalyst type on the degradation process of waste polyester film were investigated by the testing of acid value.The dosage of waste polyester film was determinated by the testings of curing property,mechanical property and thermal property of its casting and FRP product.The results showed that the UPR had the best performence as the conditions as followed:complex catalyst of organic tin and zinc acetate,reaction temperature 210-225 ℃ and molar ratio of waste polyester to maleic anhydride 1∶ 2.7.The mechanical properties,heat resistance and corrosion resistance were better than that of 196#UPR.
