| 摘 要： | 实现土地税的科学化、精细化、信息化管理是一个复杂的过程,而GPS技术的应用能够清晰反映土地占用面积的实际情况。通过结合改善河北某市土地税征收现状,对技术方案选型、数据接口设计、高精度DGPS数据获取等关键技术进行分析,结合GPS、GIS、SQLServer、CORS以及网络编程,基于Microsoft Visual Studio2008平台构建了实时地税资源核查系统。

| Abstract: | The management of scientization,precising and informationization for land tax is complex,with GPS technology,we can develop the practical system to resovle this question.This paper discussed the technical solutions,data interface,high precision DGPS achieving route,with GPS,GIS,SQLServer,CORS and Network technology,develop the Realtime Verification of Land Tax System based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2008. |
