| Abstract: | The concept of the venture capital ecosystem is put forward by using the principle and method of the natural ecosystem. The difference and relation of the essential factor and the behavior of system are compared. A ramework of the venture capital ecosystem is designed, and the characteristic of the venture capital ecosystem is analyzed. |
