基于LabVIEW的真空开关真空度在线监测系统研究

摘    要:开发了真空开关真空度在线监测系统,基于屏蔽罩的电势和屏蔽罩外的电场强度关系,采用自制电场传感器测量在屏蔽罩外侧的场强,并通过LabVIEW来实现系统管理和信号处理,实验结果表明,该监测系统能有效地监测到真空开关真空度衰减的情况。

Abstract:An on-line monitoring system of vacuum degree for vacuum switch was developed. Based on the re- lation between potential of shield cover and electric field intensity out of shield cover, a self-developed electric field sensor was applied to measuring electric field intensity out of shield cover. The system management and signal process were realized by LabVIEW. The experiment results showed that the system could inspect decay of vacuum degree efficiently.
