关于高层建筑工程质量安全管理的探讨

高层建筑由于层数多、体量大、功能复杂、子系统多、安装工程量大,因此对施工的精确度要求很高。本文分析了高层建筑施工的特点,列举了建设高层建筑应注意的问题。另外,文章从三个角度出发探讨了工程质量安全管理存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进措施。

Discuss the Quality and Safety Management of High-rise Building Engineering

The high-rise buildings have many characteristics such as the large number of layers, large volume, and complex function, more subsystems, and large work quantity, therefore the construction of high accuracy requirements are needed. This article analyzes the characteristics of high-rise building construction, give examples of the problems that the high-rise buildings should pay attention to. In addition, the author from three aspects to explore the problems of engineering quality and safety management, and puts forward corresponding measures for improvement.
