The Influence Mechanism Analysis of City Rail Transit on Real Estate Price

This paper expounds the factors influencing the value of real estate, and analyzes city rail transit to affect real estate values based on the location factors and administrative factors changes, finally analyzes the influence of city track traffic along the value of real estate.
