井下仪器高温电路设计方法研究

摘    要:文章针对石油测井中特定环境下高温电子线路的设计方法进行研究。通过对半导体器件的选择、电路结构的优化以及低功耗设计等,保证了基于PCB的电路在高温环境下无故障正常工作。

Abstract:The topic of this paper is about the design method of the electronic circuit that can work properly under the high-temperature environment in oil well logging. To ensure the proper function of the electronic circuits based on PCBs in the oil well logging condition, several points are discussed, including the selection of semiconductors, the optimization of the circuit structure, and the low power-consumption consideration.
