扁管承压能力的有限元分析

摘    要:应用有限元分析方法,对相同周长、相同壁厚的扁管在直边段和圆弧半径的不同比值条件下与所能承受最大外压力的关系进行了分析.并对计算分析取得的数据进行拟和得到了扁管在直边段和圆弧半径的不同比值条件下能承受最大外压力的关系及经验公式.

Abstract:Analysis and research were made for relation about max external pressure resisting capacity under condition of different ratio between straight section length and end arc radius on the flatted tubes with same circumference and tube wall thickness by using analytical technology of finite element. The data ,which was obtained by calculation,was imitated and the experiential formula for the relation of the max external pressure resisted under the condition of different ratio between straight section length and the end arc radius on the flatted tube.
