某含铜黄铁矿中铜的回收试验研究

摘    要:针对某含铜黄铁矿矿石进行了浮选回收铜的工艺研究,通过研究,制定了一套铜硫分离流程,采用组合抑制剂,较好地抑制了黄铁矿,经实验室小型试验,采用一粗二精二扫浮选流程可得到铜回收率90.82%,浮选精矿铜品位20.31%的良好指标。

Abstract:Conditions of copper minerals flotation from copper-bearing pyrite is studied. A set of copper-sulfur separation process was developed. Using combined depressants the pyrite is effectively inhibited. Good indexes of flotation can be obtained in laboratory tests by one-roughing, two-cleaning and two scavenging flotation flowsheet. The grade of copper concentrate is 20.31% and copper recovery rate is 90.82%.
