活性染料染色废水还原脱色影响因素分析

摘    要:
使用保险粉为还原剂在室温下对活性染料染色废水进行脱色处理,通过均匀设计试验和相关的数据处理,认为pH值是影响脱色率的主要因素,还原剂浓度为次要因素,时间对脱色率影响较小。当温度和pH值一定时,还原剂浓度和时间不存在交互效应。

Abstract:
Reactive dyed wastewater was decolorized with sodium hydrosulphite as a reductant in room temperature.The experitmental data analysis illustrated that pH value and reductant dosage were the first and the second important factors affecting decoloration rate respectively,while time had less effects on decoloration rate.When temperature and pH value were held fixed,there was no cross effect between reductant dosage and time.
