大型水轮发电机主要部件表面散热系数的模拟测试与分析
摘    要:本文以相似原理为依据,在流体力学、传热学、电磁测量学基础上,提出了大型水轮发电机主要部件表面散热系数的模拟测试及计算方法。以哈尔滨电机厂生产的天生桥电站SF220.5-30/9050型的220MW水轮发电机、拓溪电站SF75-44/850型75MW水轮发电机以及早期生产的25MWw轮发电机技术数据为依据,采用适当的比例制作了转子磁极表面、定子绕组端部表面、定子通风道表面等主要部件模型,分别放入风洞中进行综合测试,进一步计算得到具有相似结构的水轮发电机表面散热系数曲线。分析表明,这些曲线可供大型水轮发电机进行通风发热计算时参考。

Thes Simulated Test and Calculation of the Radiant Coefficients of the Surface on the Main Parts in Large Hydroelectric Generator

Abstract:According to the theory of silnilarity,the simulated test and tbe calculation methods of the radiant coefficients of the surfaces on the main parts in large hydroelectric generator are presented at first in this paper on the basis of the theories of hydromechanics,heat condu-ctance and electromagnetism measurement.Then in light of data of a SF220.5-30/9050 hydroelectric generator in Tian Sheng-qiao Power Station,a SF75-41/8540 hydroelectric generator in Tuoxi Power Sta-tion and a 25MW hydroelectric generator made in early stage are all produced in Harbin Electric Machinery Works,the models of the main parts such as rotator magnetic pole winding,stator winding end and stator ventilating duct in hydroelectric generator are made in proper ratio and put into wind tunnel respectively for comprehensive test.Even- tually,these test data are further calculated and the curves of radiant coefficients of the surface in hydroelectric generator in sin1ilar struc-ture are obtained.According to the analysis,these curves may be used for reference when calculating the venti lation and the heat generation in large liydroelectric generator.
