| Abstract: | Higher Education in Taiwan began in the period of Japanese occupation, developed after the Second World War, and reformed in the course of the new century. A research on the characters of promoting the course of modernization, experiences, internal causes and future trend of new century turning gives great significance to grasp the higher education and the development of the Chinese nation in the new century. |
