预应力锚杆与SMW工法组合在某基坑支护中的应用

摘    要:苏州万达广场工程采用钢绞线预应力锚杆代替内支撑,与SMW工法组合的基坑支护技术.该工程采用管井降水,基坑周边上部用土钉墙支护,下部除西侧紧邻地铁隧道预应力锚杆无施工空间,选择内部型钢斜撑外,其它三侧均为SMW工法+预应力锚杆支护.详细介绍了基坑降水及组合支护设计方案、主要技术措施,并对支护结构及周边建筑沉降和位移及基坑内地下水位进行观测.结果证明,该支护形式能保证基坑稳定性.
