通信检修数据管理平台的开发和使用

摘    要:在电力系统中,通信光缆跟随输电线路同塔架设,线路部分运维主体是输电部门,通信部门通常只是主要运维进入变电站后从构架以下部分。但是在日常工作中,供电企业往往要配合其他企业,包括但不限于公路、铁路、城市规划等部门进行线路迁改。当电力线路迁改后,如何进行光缆数据的整理;当电力光缆发生非计划性中断,如何进行中断点排查。基于电力通信部门的日常运维,探讨了对于光缆细至每根纤芯的运行维护要求。

Abstract:In the power system,the communication optical cable is installed on the same tower as the transmission line. The main operation and maintenance body of the line is the transmission department. The communication department is usually only the following part of the structure after the main operation and maintenance enters the substation. However,in daily work,power supply enterprises often have to cooperate with other enterprises,including but not limited to highway,railway,urban planning and other departments to carry out line relocation. How to arrange the optical cable data after the power line is changed;When there is an unplanned interruption of power cable,how to check the interruption point. Based on the daily operation and maintenance of the power communication department,the operation and maintenance requirements for optical cables down to each core are discussed.
