| 摘 要： | 本文创新性地以浙江地区居住建筑节能设计标准作为顾客需求,结合浙江夏热冬冷地区的实际来探索QFD技术在住宅节能设计中的应用机理,以期使居住建筑在更好地满足国家节能标准的同时,可以进一步降低设计成本,缩短开发周期,达到多元设计、多元改善和多元质量保证的目的。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper,according to the requirements of energy efficiency design standard of residential buildings,and based on the practical situations in summer hot and winter cold area,such as Zhejiang,the application mechanism of QFD in energy-saving design of residential buildings was investigated.The residential building could not only satisfy the energy-saving standard,but also the cost could be lowered,and the development cycle could be shortened.As a result,the purposes of multi-design,multi-improvement and multi-quality guarantee could be achieved. |
