筒纱上浆工艺应用及分析

摘    要:毛纱中的一些高支纱或低支纱的单纱,有时因强力不好会影响上浆后络线和织布效率.上浆是一种有效的提高纱线强力的方法.文章主要讨论筒纱上浆工艺的应用,上浆率的测定及上浆后对络线和织布效率的提高.但并不是所有的纱线都适合上浆,通过多缸实验进行数据分析后总结出了一些注意事项.

Abstract:Some high count yarn of wool and cotton or some low count single yarn, the efficiency is low in winding and weaving, because the strength of yarn is not good. Sizing is a better method to improve it. This article discussed the technology of sizing on cheese. After cheese sizing the efficiency of winding and weaving can be elevated. There are many examples and tests in the article to explain.
