| 摘 要： | 档案管理是学校管理工作的重要组成部分。随着高校办学规模的不断扩大及办学层次的不断提升,高校档案科学化管理问题日趋重要。本文分析了高校档案管理的现状和存在问题,并在此基础上提出加强高校档案管理工作的对策。
