摘    要:通过对南阳汉冶特钢250 mm×1 600 mm断面生产的Q345低合金系列钢宽厚板坯表面渗透检测,直观检测出连铸坯表面横裂纹缺陷,利用金相、电镜和能谱等检测手段,对铸坯裂纹部位取样分析,查明了表面横裂纹的产生原因主要与钢水中残余硼含量较高有关;后通过采取一系列控制措施,有效解决了Q345低合金系列钢表面横裂纹,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:Through surface penetrant testing of Q345 low alloy steel wide and thick slab with section of 250 mm × 1 600 mm produced by Nanyang Hanye steel, surface transverse cracks in continuous casting billet were intuitively detected. The samples of slab cracks were analyzed by mean of metallographic examination, electron microscope and energy spectrum. The results show that formation of surface transverse crack is mainly related to the high content of residual boron. The surface transverse crack can be eliminated by a series of control measures.
