摘    要:
快换水口操作对铸坯质量影响很大,对迁钢不同快换水口操作对铸坯质量缺陷个数影响进行了研究,通过控制快换水口时的中包钢水过热度、关棒时间、结晶器液面高度和手动控流时间等措施,制定出更换浸入式水口的标准化操作,对提高铸坯质量效果明显。

Abstract:
The replacement of submerged nozzle during casting process has a great effect on slab quality. The influence of different fast nozzle replacement operations on defect numbers in slab was investigated at Qian' an iron and steel limited company. Through controlling the surperheat of molten steel in tundisb, closing stopper time, the liquid level height in mold and time of manual control flow, the standardized operation of submerged nozzle replacement was proposed. The results were obvious for slab oualitv imnrovement.
