摘    要:
结合新钢第一炼钢厂4号板坯连铸机的实际情况,对其轻压下进行了工艺优化,结果表明:轻压下工艺优化之后,铸坯的中心偏析和中心疏松得到了明显的改善。

Abstract:
The process of soft reduction is optimized according with the actual situation of 4# slab caster in No. 1 steemaking plant in Xinyu Steel. The results show that the center segregation and center porosity have been significantly improved after process opti- mization of the soft reduction.
