机械设备更新决策

由于现在机械设备的复杂程度越来越高,所以进行正确的故障诊断尤为重要;但是机械设备故障数据量庞大,所以找出一种合适的故障诊断方法变的很困难。基于此,本文选用FMECA方法对机械设备的故障模式、影响和致命度进行分析对机械设备故障的部位、机理、性质和发展趋势进行分析,找出机械设备的薄弱环节,用年总费用法对机械设备更新进行经济分析,把结果作为更新决策的依据。最后把进行更新决策的过程网络化,实现数据的共享,提供简单、方便、灵活的操作环境。
