层压型卡用带胶膜TPU胶层研究

摘    要:初步研究不同用量的EVA树脂及纳米SiO2对带胶膜TPu胶层性能的影响,考察了材料的透光率、雾度、剥离强度、加速老化性能,实验结果表明:纳米SiO2用量的增加会降低带胶膜的透明性,而2.5%的用量不影响透明性,同时提高了综合性能;EVA树脂价格较低,能降低产品的成本,但粘接强度低,研究发现5%的用量能满足TPu胶层的性能。

Abstract:Effects of different dosage of EVA resin and nano SiO2 on film with glue TPU adhesive properties were preliminary studied. The materials transmittance, haze, peel strength, and accelerated aging properties were studied, and the experimental results showed that the increase of SiO2 content would reduce the transparency film with glue, and 2.5 % of the volume can not affect the transparency, and improve the comprehensive performance at the same time. EVA resin with low price can reduce the cost of the product, but the bonding strength was low, and found that 5 % of the amount can meet the performance of TPU adhesive.
