再生混凝土抗碳化性能试验研究

摘    要:主要研究混凝土水胶比、水泥用量、再生粗骨料来源、掺合料、再生粗骨料取代率对碳化速率的影响规律。试验表明,再生粗骨料取代率在50%左右、水胶比在0.3左右时的再生混凝土密实程度达到最佳状态,混凝土的抗碳化性能相对最好。

Abstract:The law on carbonation rate influenced by different influencing factors is analyzed, such as water-binder ratio, the consumption of cement, sources of recycled coarse aggregate, the replacement percentage of recycled coarse aggregate. The experiment shows that, the degree of concrete compaction achieves the best condition and carbonation resistance of concrete is relatively good when the replacement of the recycled coarse aggregate by mass reaches 0. 5 and water-binder ratio is 0.3.
