| Abstract: | Importance has always been attached by the Party to the ideological and political work,which is the excellent tradition and political superiority and will give full play to its advantages in the process of pushing forward a further round of leaping development of enterprises.On the basis of analyzing the challenges and tribulations as well as the present conditions and deficiencies encountered by the enterprises in their current ideological and political work being conducted,this paper has advanced the relevant suggestions as to creatively perfecting the ideological and political work under the new situation in combination of the author's practice and experience. |
