| 摘 要： | 第三代通信网络的特点决定了规划的主要思想是：全面规划，分步实施。容量规划是无线网络规划中必不可少的内容，而混合业务下的小区容量是容量规划中的重点和难点。文中研究了坎贝尔算法，根据GSM的现网用户数以及话务量，提出了一种基于坎贝尔算法的TD—SCDMA容量预测方法，并通过算例分析得到了GSM的容量和TD—SCDMA的容量之间的关系，以便能对3G混合业务下的容量设计有所借鉴。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of the 3rd-generation telecommunications network decide its main planning idea： Comprehensive planning and step-by-step implementation. Capacity planning is an absolutely necessary part in radio network planning, and district cell capacity planning of the mixed service is important and difficult. In this paper, Campbell algorithm is studied, and according to users and traffic of the current GSM network, a method of TD-SCDMA capacity forecasting based on Campbell algorithm is proposed, and the relationship between the capacity of GSM and TD-SCDMA is obtained through the practical example, thus providing some reference for the capacity design of the 3G mixed service. |
