| 摘 要： | PDM与CAX的紧密集成程度是评价其优秀性和高可用性的一个重要指标。文章分析阐述了基于PDM系统的装配工装设计及管理系统的设计流程，以及工装系统与PDM系统的集成方法，详细介绍了一个实用化的基于PDM系统的工装设计及管理系统。该系统采用基于实例、参数化和工程图自动生成的设计手段实现工装的快速设计。系统是架构在MFC强大的用户界面功能和ORACLE9I关系数据库技术以及三雏软件Pro／E的二次开发工具包Pro／Toolkit基础之上的。

| Abstract: | The integration between PDM and CAx is one of the important criterion to estimate the excellence and high usability about PDM. this paper analyses and expatiates the design process of a pdm-based assembly fixture design and manager system and the integration method between fixture system and PDM system, then introduces a practicable pdm-based assambly fixture design and manager system. Three design methods include CBR,parametric technology and automatic create the drawing technology are used in this system to implement the quick-designed method of fixture. This system is based on the MFC strong UI ability, ORACLEgI DBMS technology and the secondary development API Pro/Toolkit of 3D software Pro/E. |
