双螺杆磨浆机法面双圆弧齿轮的有限元分析

摘    要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS10.0完成了双螺杆磨浆机传动系统中双圆弧齿轮的有限元应力和应变分析,通过与同尺寸的渐开线齿轮对比,表明在同样的工作载荷一双圆弧齿轮的接触强度高于渐开线齿轮。

Abstract:With ANSYS 10.0, the analysis on finite element stress and strain of the gears with double circular tooth were fulfilled in the transrnission system of BIVIS refiners. Compared with the involute gear of the same size, it was found that the contact intensity of double circular tooth gear is higher than that of the involute gear at the same working conditions.
