超高分子量聚乙烯催化聚合研究进展

摘    要:超高分子量聚乙烯是一种线型结构的热塑性工程塑料,具有超强的抗冲击性、耐磨损性、耐化蚀性、抗黏附能力等优良的性能。综述了超高分子量聚乙烯的性能及聚合研究背景,重点介绍了用于超高分子量聚乙烯聚合的催化剂的发展,阐述了一种利用负载型催化剂制备解缠结超高分子量聚乙烯的方法,并对超高分子量聚乙烯催化聚合的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) is a linear structural thermoplastic engineering plastic with excellent properties such as impact resistance,abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and adhesion resistance. Advances in the research of catalytic polymerization of UHMWPE were reviewed. The properties and research background of UHMWPE were briefly summarized. Different kinds of catalysts for the catalytic polymerization of UHMWPE were discussed in detail. Furthermore,the synthesis method of a disentangled UHMWPE with supported catalyst was also introduced. The future research of the catalysts used for the synthesis of UHMWPE was prospected.
