| 摘 要： | 加快信息化建设,推进ERP系统的实施,是中国石油在能源市场尤其是国际能源市场竞争中站稳脚跟的一项重要措施.探讨了中国石油ERP系统应用中存在的不足,并在此基础上深入分析了中国石油ERP系统后期运行中在与电子商务、商业智能、数据挖掘与分析、客户关系管理集成以及后期实施效益评价等方面的发展趋势.
