摘    要:针对回坡底煤矿11#煤工作面巷道受上层10#煤工作面开采产生的压力较大等问题,采用水力压裂技术对上层煤10-103工作面煤柱两巷进行切顶卸压,分析了切顶前后煤柱上方岩层结构,确定了水力压裂参数及工艺。工业性试验结果表明,水力压裂卸压后,两帮移尽量稳定在112 mm,顶底板移近量稳定在142 mm,保证了下层煤的安全开采。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the roadway of No.11 coal face in Huipodi coal mine is subject to high pressure from the mining of the upper No.10 coal face.Hydrofracture roof cutting technology is used to unload the pressure.The rock structure above the coal pillar before and after roof cutting is analyzed,and the hydraulic fracturing parameters and process are determined.Industrial test show that with the hydrofracturing practice,the convergence for two ribs keeps at 112 mm,and for the roof and the floor at 142 mm,which ensures the safe mining.
