微流控纸质芯片研究综述

摘    要:综述了纸质微流控芯片的应用进展。对目前微流控技术的文献报道进行分析,总结出主要的研究热点和方向。对微流控纸质芯片的制造进行了系统总结,主要的纸质芯片集中在2D和3D纸质芯片的制造上。由于3D纸质芯片能够实现高通量、多样品以及多检测等优点,目前备受学界的关注。与此同时,打印与刻蚀技术将可能是未来微流控纸质芯片的主流制造手段。在众多的应用中,生理生化的应用将成为主流,通过LAMP反应与DNA或RNA检测相耦合,微流控纸质芯片将有极其宽广的应用前景。通过文献比照我们发现,目前学者普遍只使用Whatman公司(英国)制造出的特种纸(色谱纸、滤纸)等进行纸质芯片的开发。这也可以看出目前我们国内造纸企业主要生产产品在生理医学类高端检测市场的竞争力非常薄弱。这对于国内的研究学者而言也存在非常大的潜在风险。因为特种纸类是微流控纸质芯片的核心部件,如果没有高质量和稳定的理化性能的优质纸张(色谱纸、硝酸纤维纸、滤纸、玻璃纤维纸等)的生产和销售,国内学者开发出的好的微流控纸质芯片将无法得到稳定和大量的工业化生产。最后,笔者还对国内滤纸企业概况进行了探讨,以期为滤纸企业提供微流控纸质芯片的研发进展,从而更好地为国内滤纸企业在这个新兴市场上找到产品增长点提供思路。

Abstract:This paper reviews the current progress of applications of the paper-based microf luid chip.2D and 3D paper-based microfluidic chips are the most widely deployed approaches.The printing combined with lithographical techniques sometimes with origami might become mainstream fabrication techniques.In the realm of application,the biomedical field is the most popular field,especially in coupling the LAMP reactions to detect DNA or RNA segments associated with biological detections.Currently,the majority of research works done in the area of the paperbased microfluidic chip are using paper(chromatography or filter paper)mainly produced by Whatman Co.,Ltd.,which indicates the current weak competitive capability of domestic companies in the market.Since the quality of specialty paper is one of the core factor that inf luence the performances of the produced paper-based microfluidic chip,this needs to rattle the attentions of industries that the copious opportunities might appear in this new emerging market.Without robust paper pulping industries,it will significantly deteriorate the capabilities of domestic scholars armed with high performance developed paper-based microfluidic chips.In the end,we compared and discussed the main filter paper manufacturers for the sake of providing the ideas for product development in this new emerging field.
