摘    要:在对电梯零部件包装现状分析的基础上,设计出一套电梯井道部件重型瓦楞纸箱包装方案,以代替目前的木箱包装。本设计采用重型瓦楞纸箱作为电气散件的外包装,内部采用井字型缓冲结构,对零部件起到限位固定和缓冲的作用,两者配合使用,托盘仍采用木制托盘。该方案实现了电梯电气散件的合理装载,优化了装箱流程,降低了企业包装成本。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the present situation of the elevator components packaging,design a set of heavy corrugated carton packaging solution for elevator shaft components,instead of the original wooden boxes.This design adopts heavy corrugated carton as external packaging for electrical parts,meanwhile,used well type cushion structure as internal packaging,which could help to fix the components and has a buffer function.Besides,the tray still uses wooden tray.The scheme made reasonable loading of elevator electrical components come true,optimized the packaging process,reduced the packaging cost.
