摘    要:介绍了35 kV超导限流器中超导绕组骨架的设计思想.根据超导限流器的技术特点,超导绕组骨架为多层结构,采用每层单独制作,多层叠加的制作方法.超导线采用每层分别缠绕,多层串、并联的绕制方式.计算了从常温降到液氮温度时,超导线的收缩应力以及超导线收缩对骨架产生的应力.校核了限流器处于稳态运行及限流态时,由铁心漏磁引起的电动力.通过上述计算确认了骨架在各种工况下的稳定性.通过低温实验验证了超导骨架在低温下的稳定性.

Abstract:Thought of design for the superconductive winding framework of 35kV superconductive current limiter was introduced.In accordance with the technological characteristics of superconductive current limiter,the superconductive winding framework was being served as the multi-layered structure and the manufacturing method of individual fabrication per layer and multilayered superposition was adopted.The winding manner of separate enlacing per layer and multilayered series and shunt connections of superconductive wire has been adopted.The shrinking stress of superconductive wire and the generated stress on framework while the wire is shrinking were calculated when temperatures dropped from normal temperature to the temperature of liquid nitrogen.The electromotive force caused by magnetic leakage of ferrous core was checked when the current limiter has fallen into the states of steady operation and current limitation.By means of the above stated calculation the stability of framework under various working conditions was confirmed.
