凝胶珠固定化细胞发酵研究进展

摘    要:固定化细胞技术具有保护细胞免受损伤、实现细胞重复利用等优点,其中凝胶珠固定化技术因其生物相容性好、制备简单、成本低廉而备受关注。该文介绍了凝胶珠固定化发酵技术即用凝胶将生物催化载体包裹后进行催化发酵的技术,分析了固定化技术中聚电解质成膜和自凝聚成膜的制备原理和方法,从固定化动植物细胞和微生物细胞的角度列举了该技术目前的应用状况,根据技术本身的瓶颈,提出改善物质传递效率、改良固定化方式、探索提取和检测囊内物质检测方法三个发展方向,为凝胶珠固定化细胞技术的研究和应用提供借鉴。

Abstract:Immobilized cell technology has the advantages of protecting cells from damage and realizing cell reuse.The immobilization technology of gel beads has attracted much attention due to its good biocompatibility,simple preparation and low cost.In this paper,the immobilized fermentation technology with gel beads was introduced,which was a technology of using gel to wrap biocatalytic carrier to carry on the catalytic fermentation.The preparation principle and method of polyelectrolyte film and self-coagulation film in immobilization technology were analyzed.The current application of the technology was listed from the point of view of immobilized animal,plant and microbial cells.According to the bottleneck of the technology itself,three development directions were proposed,including improving the material transfer efficiency,improving the immobilization method,and exploring the extraction and detection methods of intracapsular substances.This paper provided a reference for the research and application of immobilized cell technology with gel beads.
