摘    要:
针对现有外差激光干涉法存在低频振动校准时采集及处理数据量大,导致处理系统内存不足或处理时间长等问题。基于FPGA的外差激光干涉仪输出S/PDIF信号解码提出了一种低频加速度计振动校准方法,其能够在减少数据处理量的同时保证校准精度。实验结果表明,该方法能够实现0. 1~10 Hz频率范围内的高精度灵敏度幅值与相位校准。

Abstract:
The current heterodyne interferometry has the problems of large amount of sampling data,long processing time,and etc.In this study,a low-frequency accelerometer vibration calibration method is proposed based on FP・GA to decode the output S/PDIF signal of heterodyne interferometer,which can dramatically shorten the processing time while ensuring calibration accuracy.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can achieve high-accuracy sensitivity magnitude and phase vibration calibration in frequency range from 0.1 to 10 Hz.
