糠醛临氢脱羰催化剂的研制开发

摘    要:提出了一种可应用于糠醛临氢脱羰的新型催化剂—Pt催化剂。通过实验确定了其最佳载体和助剂及反应条件 ,开发出一种以Pt为主的脱羰催化剂 ,并进行了 5 0 0h的寿命实验 ,其呋喃产率高于 80 %,优于已知Pd催化剂 ,现已投入工业应用。

Abstract:The supported Pt catalysts used for decarbonylation of furfural were studied. Through investigating the effect of the content of active components, supports, additives and reaction conditions on catalyst performances, the optimum support, additive and working conditions were found out, thereby an excellent catalyst has been developed. In the 500 hr life test of this catalyst, the yield of furan was over 85%, superior to known Pd catalyst, and this catalyst has been applied to industrial unit.
