| 摘 要： | 大规模定制生产所面临的矛盾是,既要对外展现产品具有个性化的多样性,又不能因产品内部多样化而导致额外的成本和时间的延误.解决这一矛盾的关键是在产品设计中采用绿色模块化设计思想.本文将绿色设计思想与模块化设计方法有机结合,形成先进的绿色模块化设计方法.研究了绿色设计理念在面向大规模定制生产的产品模块化设计中的地位和作用,给出面向大规模定制生产的绿色模块化设计的具体步骤和方法. |

| Abstract: | The contradiction faced for mass customization produce is that products must show external diversity with specific characters, but it should not result in additional cost and time delay because of internal diversify of products.The key to solve the contradiction is to use green modular design in products design.The design method of advanced green modularization was put forward by combining green design and modular design method.The position and action of the green design in products modular design for mass customization produce was discussed,the steps and methods in the green modular design for mass customization produce were presented. |
