变导程蜗轮蜗杆副在高精度分度中的应用

摘    要:介绍了一种采用变导程蜗轮蜗杆的高精度分度方法,分析变导程蜗轮蜗杆传动原理、变导程蜗轮蜗杆调隙结构和变导程蜗轮蜗杆加工和调整方法.变导程蜗轮蜗杆分度精度高,调整方便、使用寿命长,非常适合在高精度分度和旋转伺服轴等工程场合应用.

Abstract:A method of high precision round subsection by varied lead-interval worm and worm wheel was introduced,its drive theory,clearance adjusted framework and machining method were analyzed.Varied lead-interval worm and worm wheel has high precision and long life,it is convenient for adjustment,and suitable for subsection in high precision engineering applications,such as rotary servo axle.
