| 摘 要： | 使用(renishaw)激光干涉仪对一台立式铣床的定位精度进行了测量.在启用和关闭机床环境补偿系统的条件下,得出了两组相差较大的实验数据.通过对激光干涉仪在测量中的误差进行分析,找出了定位精度变化的原因和相关数据的变化范围.

| Abstract: | A renishaw laser interferometer was used to measure a vertical milling machine's positioning precision.In the conditions of starting and closing the compensation system of environment,two group datas from the experiment which has vast difference were obtained.After analyzing the errors of the laser interferometer during the measurement,the reasons of the variety of positioning precision and the variety range of the related datas were found. |
